Messaging Program & SMS Terms

This page describes the text messaging (SMS) program operated by Velin Consulting Group LLC, doing business as Tesray Technologies ("Tesray," "we," "us," or "our"), including the messages we send, who receives them, how consent is given, and how to opt out. It supplements our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
What this program is
Tesray builds and operates AI phone receptionists for business clients, such as law firms and other professional service providers. This SMS program sends operational notifications from Tesray to our own business customers — the business owner or account holder who has signed up for our service. When a customer's AI receptionist takes a message or a caller requests an appointment, we send a short text alert to the business owner's own mobile phone so they can follow up promptly.
This is a transactional and service program for our account holders. Messages are sent only to Tesray's contracted business customers. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program, and we do not message the general public through it.
Who receives these messages
Recipients are Tesray's business customers — the owner or authorized contact of a business that has purchased our AI receptionist service. Messages are delivered to the mobile number that customer provides to us. These are internal, account-related notifications about activity in the customer's own receptionist.

How you opt in (consent)
SMS is an optional channel and is not required to purchase or use our AI receptionist service. The same operational notifications are also available by email and in your account dashboard, so you can use the service fully without text messages.
If you want text alerts, you turn them on yourself: text the keyword START to our number, (719) 298-6220, and you'll receive a one-time confirmation reply. This opt-in is initiated by you and is separate from signing up for or paying for the service. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you can reply STOP at any time to turn texts off with no effect on your service.

Message frequency
Message frequency is low and depends on your call volume — typically one to two messages per day.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Such charges are billed by, and payable to, your mobile service provider. We do not charge for the messages themselves.
Opt out and help
You can cancel the SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send the word STOP, we will send a message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive messages from that program. Opt-out keywords including STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, and QUIT are honored automatically.

Privacy and data sharing
We do not sell your information. No mobile information, including SMS opt-in and consent data, will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. Mobile numbers and opt-in data collected for these notifications are used solely to deliver the messages you have requested, and are shared only with the service providers that help us deliver them (such as our telephony provider).
