We started Tesray Technologies because we believe that every business should be able to get results from artificial intelligence. Most of the companies getting real results from AI are massive and have the internal resources to properly implement and optimize their systems. We believe that luxury should not define whether or not a company gets ahead with AI.
Why most businesses do not get results from AI
Despite popular belief, this usually is not because of the models. LLMs are cheaper and more reliable than ever. The judgment and architectural knowledge to build capable systems is much scarcer. Tools are only one part of a larger equation that ends with a more efficient business. Our goal is to help businesses get all of the pieces, not just one.
We work across the whole lifecycle
Not a tool, and not a strategy document handed over at the end. This is what is involved, in the order it happens.
- Analyze. We map your processes as they actually run today, step by step, including the parts that only live in someone’s head.
- Consult. We work out what is worth changing: how often it happens, what each missed job costs you, and what fixing it would look like.
- Build. We build custom systems and processes that integrate with how you already work.
- Quality assurance. We always do multiple testing rounds to check our work against a strict set of criteria before anything goes live.
- Train. We train the people using it every day, to ensure optimal use.
- Report. You see what the system did, how it performed and the results it delivered. All in plain terms rather than technical jargon.
- Maintain. Systems break when the business changes around them. We maintain ours over time with strict monitoring, and a person is always flagged when something needs attention.
We are tool agnostic
We hold no reseller relationships and have nothing to push. The stack gets chosen to fit the problem and the business. A firm that only sells one tool will find a way for your problem to need that tool. We sell results, not tools.
