Common questions
Is our data safe and confidential?
Yes. Systems run inside accounts your company owns and controls, so your data stays with you. The AI platforms we build on are used through their business APIs, which do not train on your data. Protected data is masked before it reaches a model. The full picture is on the Data & Security page.
Can the system make a decision on its own?
No, and it is built so it cannot. It handles the administrative chain: capturing, drafting from your templates, tracking, notifying. Anything that calls for judgment is routed to a person, and anything it prepares waits for approval before it goes out.
How long does it take, and what does it cost?
Most single systems go from kickoff to live in two to four weeks. Price depends on the process and how much of it you automate, so we do not publish a number. How fast do you respond when something needs attention?
Within 24 hours, in writing, for every client on a retainer. Systems check themselves every hour and email you when something fails, naming what broke and the one action that clears it.
Who owns the system if we stop working together?
You do. Everything runs on accounts in your company's name. If we part ways, the system keeps running and you keep the keys. You are never locked in to keep it working.
Can you work with regulated data, or deploy inside our own cloud?
Yes to both. Protected data is masked before any model call and, where required, we build on compliant managed services inside your own AWS, Azure or Google account. On-premise deployment is available when the data cannot leave the building.
Will this replace my staff?
No. It takes the repetitive work off their plate so they can spend that time on customers and the work that needs a person. The system does the busywork; your people do the job.
Do I need to be technical to use it?
Not at all. We build everything for you and design it around the tools your team already uses. Your staff sees the result, not the machinery. When something needs to change, you tell us in plain language.
What if our process changes later?
The system changes with you. When you add a service line, switch a tool, or change how you take on customers, we update the build so it keeps matching how the business works. That is what the retainer is for.
Which types of businesses do you work with?
