Not at all. We build everything around the tools your team already uses, so your staff only sees the results. When something needs to change, you tell us in plain language.
What if our process changes later?+
The system changes with you. When you add a service line, switch a tool or change how you take on customers, we update the build so it keeps matching how the business works.
Reliability and security.
Is our data safe and confidential?+
Yes. The AI platforms we build on are used through their business APIs, which do not train on your data, and protected data is masked before it reaches a model. For sensitive use cases we can run local models that never touch the internet.
Does AI not make mistakes?+
It can. That is why we do not build chatbots. Fixed answers are handled by plain code, the AI's work gets checked, and anything that needs judgment goes to a person. If something fails, the system flags it and alerts you right away.
Can the system make a decision on its own?+
No. Anything that calls for judgment goes to a person. The system handles the work around it, like capturing details, drafting from your templates, tracking progress and sending notifications.
How fast do you respond when something needs attention?+
Every system checks itself every hour and emails you if something fails, with what broke and the one thing that fixes it. Clients on a retainer hear back from us in writing within 24 hours.
Can you work with regulated data, or deploy inside our own cloud?+
Yes to both. Protected data is masked before any model call, and where the rules require it we build on compliant managed services inside your own AWS, Azure or Google account.

Every build is custom, priced to the work and the value it creates, with the price in writing before work starts. Our hope is that every system we build pays for itself. The first consultation is free.
After a system is built, who owns it?+
You do. We can transfer everything into accounts in your company's name so you hold the keys, or we can host, run and manage it for you.
