Most businesses do not have a problem choosing AI tools. They have a problem seeing which of their own processes are worth fixing. Consulting is where we take the technical part out of the conversation, sit down with you, and work out how the business actually runs today: what the tools are, where the data lives, what gets done twice, and what each miss costs.
The discovery call
Free, and about an hour. We pick one process and map it end to end with you on the call: who touches it, in what tool, and where it waits. By the end you have a number on what it costs you and a plain answer on whether it is worth fixing. Some businesses stop there, and that is fine.
The full diagnostic
When the answer is yes, or when the question is bigger than one process, we do the whole thing. We map every process that matters, the tools they run in, where the data lives and where it is disconnected, and every inefficiency we can put a number on. Then we rank the opportunities by return, name the ones that should not be automated at all, and hand you a fixed-price scope for the ones that should.
- A process map of how the work really runs, including the parts that only lived in someone’s head.
- A cost per miss on every step worth counting.
- A ranked list of what to build, in the order it pays back.
- What to leave alone. Some steps need a person. We say which.
- A fixed price in writing for the build, if you want one.
What it found last time
One firm we diagnosed was losing over six figures a year to a single process, because its people were chasing the same information across three disconnected systems. It took us an hour to find.
Then what
The diagnostic is the front of the lifecycle, not the product. Everything it finds feeds development, and everything that gets built is measured and improved after it goes live. If the list is long enough, the right shape is usually the Fractional AI Executive.
