Background
Gray was raised by business owners and began working for his parents at an early age. At ten he started selling products of his own, changing them over time as he learned new skills. He went on to study entrepreneurship at the University of Hawaii. While he was there the tech world shifted. When ChatGPT arrived in 2022 it became clear how disruptive AI was going to be, and the two places it was landing hardest were education and business, which is exactly where Gray was spending his time. Having decided this was the single largest business opportunity in recent history, he started looking at which businesses could actually use it. Established businesses turned out to need it more than anyone. That is where Tesray Technologies came from.
Leading with results
Coming to technology from a business background changes the way we approach development. The first questions on any engagement are business questions: what is the SOP, how often does it happen, and what does each missed job cost. Every solution is delivered in terms of real world impact rather than technical jargon. We want to make results more attainable, not create a headache.
