We describe our work without naming the client. What we keep is everything that lets you judge it: what the business was dealing with, what we found, what we built, and what changed.

Diagnosis · professional services

Six figures a year, one process.

The situation. A firm with a process that touched three systems that did not talk to each other. Nobody had counted the cost, because the cost was spread across a dozen people doing a few minutes of chasing at a time.

What we found. Staff were re-entering the same client information and chasing each other for status. In one discovery call we mapped it end to end and put a number on it: over six figures a year lost to that one process.

What that means. The diagnosis is where the money shows up. It took an hour. The build is what stops the leak.

Build · live system

From inquiry to invoice with one click.

The situation. A family mediation practice where every new client meant the same details typed into a web form, an agreement, a case record and an invoice, by hand, by different people.

What we built. One system that takes a new client from the web form to a signed agreement to a deposit invoice with a single approval from the practice. Nothing is retyped. Every step is logged, and a person is flagged when something needs attention.

What changed. Intake stopped being a job. The practice reviews once and clicks once.

Build · QA

Every call answered, and tested before it was.

The situation. A law firm missing calls after hours and losing consultations to whoever answered first.

What we built. A phone reception system that answered every call, screened callers against the firm’s own intake questions, and booked qualified consultations straight onto the attorney’s calendar. Before it answered a real call it was tested against 36 scripted scenarios, and it went through the carrier compliance process most tutorials never mention.

What that means. The unglamorous half of shipping AI to a real business is the half we are most careful about.

Some of the industries we have built in

Law and professional services Family mediation E-commerce Real estate Startups Consumer apps AI-native physical products

In real estate, we built a transaction coordination system. It reads a purchase contract, builds the deadline checklist and the scheduled client emails from it, and flags anything it is unsure of for a person to review.

We have also run diagnostic engagements in home services, where a process gets mapped and costed without a build necessarily following. Across both kinds of work the businesses have ranged from two-person practices to companies doing several million dollars a year, in Hawaii and on the mainland.

Alongside client engagements, the founder builds with two other teams: a consumer app with AI at its core, and an AI-native physical products brand. Neither is a client. Both keep the work grounded in what shipping a product actually takes, from the first design through photography, storefront, and the operations behind it.
